1. accidental needle breakage
(1) When sewing thick sewing materials, the selected machine needle is thin, so that when the machine needle sticks materials, due to excessive resistance and low strength of the machine needle, it will bend or deviate from left to right, resulting in accidental needle breakage. The solution is to replace the machine needle suitable for the sewing material according to the thickness of the sewing material and the folding of the sewing material.
(2) When sewing materials with uneven thickness, the sewing speed of the sewing machine is too fast, the needle is displaced and the sewing machine parts are broken. Solution: Slow down the sewing speed when sewing step seam material.
(3) In the sewing process, the sewing material is pulled hard, which causes the needle to bend or deviate from the left and right, and the needle is broken due to the uncoordinated coordination of hands and feet. The operator is required to understand the operation method and use the sewing machine correctly.
(4) Due to the bending of the needle, the needle tip hair and the branch needle screw are not tightened, which will also cause the needle to break. The needle should be replaced reasonably, and the branch needle screw should be tightened.
2. Continuous broken needle
The cause of the failure of the continuous broken needle is generally due to the improper assembly of the parts of the sewing machine, which causes the dislocation of the parts and the wear of the parts. It is characterized by obvious traces of rolling and friction on the parts that touch the needle or crochet. As long as you carefully observe the matching of the hook parts of the sewing machine, you can find the cause of the failure.
(1) There is a large offset between the needle plate containing pinhole and the needle or the needle plate screw is not tightened, and the needle is needled on the edge of the needle plate containing pinhole, resulting in broken needle failure. Solution: Adjust the needle plate or needle bar so that the needle is exactly aligned with the center of the needle hole in the needle plate.
(2) Due to the incorrect spacing, clearance and high and low positions of the machine needle and the decentralized or crochet needle, the needle will be broken. Solution: Adjust the spacing, clearance and high and low positions reasonably according to the requirements.
(3) The bottom plate groove of the presser foot is seriously skewed, the fastening screw of the presser foot is not tightened, and the needle breakage is caused by the machine needling on the presser foot. Solution: reasonably adjust the position of the presser foot.
(4) The movement time and position of the feeding tooth and the needle bar are not correct, resulting in needle breakage when the feeding tooth is still feeding the material. Solution: The feeding timing should be reasonably adjusted according to the requirements. When there is still 2-3mm between the machine needle and the sewing material, the feeding tooth should be finished.
(5) The timing of the needle bar swing is not coordinated with the timing of the hook, so that the needle starts to swing before leaving the hook device. Cause the needle to touch the hook device and malfunction. Solution: the coordination of the timing of the needle bar swing and the timing of the hook should be reasonably adjusted according to the requirements.
(6) Since the plane of the tip of the shuttle is lower than the plane of the needle-accommodating groove of the shuttle frame, when the gap between the tip of the shuttle frame and the needle is adjusted, because the plane of the tip is lower than the plane of the needle-accommodating groove of the shuttle frame, the needle tip touches the needle-accommodating groove of the shuttle frame, which is easy to cause needle breakage during high-speed sewing. Solution: Adjust and adjust the plane of the needle holding groove to be 0.15mm or flat lower than the shuttle tip ramen, so that the needle holding groove of the shuttle frame can not only protect the needle but also protect the needle. If there is any problem after inspection, the shuttle frame should be removed and the needle holding groove of the shuttle frame should be polished with fine sand skin to meet the requirements.
