Non-woven needle production line after installation and commissioning, put into production at the same time, must be strictly in accordance with the necessary maintenance procedures for maintenance. Need to do the following:
1. All oil filling points of the equipment must be filled with oil, lubricating oil or grease regularly according to the requirements of their parts.
2, the seal (wearing parts) must be checked every day, if damaged, replace immediately.
3, the room body guard plate daily inspection, damage should be replaced immediately.
4. Check the guard plate, blade, impeller, directional sleeve and ball wheel of shot blasting device twice per shift, and replace them immediately if any damage occurs.
5. The electrical system shall be inspected twice.
6. All transmission parts shall be inspected twice a week.
7. The operator should check the cleaning effect at any time. If there is any difference, stop the machine immediately and check the equipment as a whole.
